Poor Product Quality (images attached) & Lack of Response to Issue

Thank you for the careful packing – everything arrived safely, and I appreciate that.

However, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the hearts. The red ones have issues with the color, and the white ones are poorly shaped. I’ve attached a few images for your reference.

I’ve tried contacting you via email and WhatsApp, but after 48 hours & more , I’ve received no response. Unfortunately, I am unable to call you, so I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement of either the entire set or just the defective pebbles.
